The Parks Foundation has recently hosted our first "Volunteer Opportunity Expo" which attracted nearly 100 prospective volunteers and 17 organizations. For 2012 we will be raising funds for several initiatives and special projects including:

• Hiking Trail Improvements
• Sagtikos Manor Historic Collection
• Personal Watercraft / Rescue Equipment
• Corporate Sponsorship Pilot Program for West Sayville Golf Course Signage
